An industry veteran, Andy Chambers founded MasterCraft Builder Group on a simple philosophy: the best home is built when quality meets innovation. He also believes that you reach the highest level of quality by doing little things the right way and to stay current on new building products, techniques and trends and keep lines of communication open with construction industry manufacturers and trade partners.
In 2010 Andy served as President of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA). While in the United States Air Force, Andy developed his leadership skills, which were recognized by giving him a high-level clearance. Following his stint in the Air Force, Andy enrolled at the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology. Andy worked his way through college by owning his own lawn service and running a handyman business while maintaining a Dean’s List GPA. Upon college graduation, Andy began his career in the home building industry by taking a position as an assistant superintendent in Orlando, Fl. Hard work and precision in detail quickly progressed Andy’s career as he moved up to project manager and ultimately to division president.
Prior to forming MasterCraft Building Group, Andy was president for a national home builder for seven years. He was in charge of operations in Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa.
Andy and his wife Lisa have two boys, Drew and Clayton.
