The music industry has the Grammy’s. The movie industry has the Oscars. Broadway recognizes its best with a Tony Award. The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) has its own version of awards season with its annual spring Parade of Homes event.
Parade of Homes is the largest annual open house in Northeast Florida and allows the public to tour new model homes, see what each builder and community offers, and vote on their favorites. In addition, a panel of professional judges tour and score each of the model home entries. NEFBA hand picks judges based on their knowledge in the building, construction and home sales experience. This years Parade of Homes will take place April 27 – May 12, 2019 and includes 77 model home entries with an assortment of homes styles and prices.
