We spoke with Sales and Construction Manager Brad Shee about his choice to build in Oxford Estates.
What factors motivated you to build your new home in Oxford Estates?
There are many reasons why my family has decided to build our new home in Oxford, but here are a few of our top reasons.
The first is its location. It sits in the heart of the best school district so we know that our two boys will grow up with a solid education and that’s very important to us.
The large, estate sized lots are another big plus. We just had our second child so having plenty of room for them to grow and play is great.
The fact that this will be one of the only gated communities in the area provides that extra level of security and peace of mind. Also, Oxford is an environmentally-friendly natural gas community. What’s not to love about that?!
My wife is an interior designer so the ability to customize our home and having flexibility in the design was huge. We were able to tweak the designs as well as hand-pick materials and products to truly make our home one of a kind.
Going back to location, the area has many youth sports teams. It’ll be great to be able to cheer on my nephews when they play at the athletic association, and in time, watch my boys play.
We can’t wait to see the community thriving and full of families.
