Q:

What are your schools going to be?

A:

We can’t officially answer that at this point. The schools have not been officially decided as Silverleaf village is right on the border between High Schools. Whichever schools are ultimately decided on will still be among the state’s highest rated as we’re located in St Johns County.

Q:

When will the Amenity Center be ready, and Will there be a fitness center?

A:

The amenity center in SilverLeaf Village will be open in the Spring of 2021! While there is no fitness center, this amenity will include a huge pool, a lap pool, a splash park, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.

Q:

When is the First Coast Expressway going to be started/What kind of buffer is there going to be?

A:

We are unsure at this point.  There IS a 35’ buffer from the bank of the lake that is shown on the master site plan. The connector is going to have an exit directly on to St. Johns Parkway, and will serve to add another access from St. Johns to Clay county via the Shands Bridge.
