MasterCraft Builder Group has been working hard over the past few years to go above and beyond the standard features you find in new construction. Just last year, we raised more than $158,000 at our 7th Annual Clays for a Cause charity event. Every penny of that was donated to St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS), Seamark Ranch and American Legion Post 194.

When COVID-19 started having impacts on St. Johns County, we chose to stick to our values and offer peace of mind for our customers. As a semi-custom homebuilder and community developer in St. Johns County for almost 10 years, we partnered with Turner Pest Control to offer TurnerClean Disinfection Misting Service to disinfect all of our new homes before customers move in.
It was an easy decision to work with Turner Pest Control, which has been one of our trade partners since we started the company in 2011, and offer this free service to our customers. From laying the flooring to painting the interior walls, new construction literally has hundreds of pairs of hands working to build each home. We do several cleanings throughout the construction process and a thorough one at the end, however this is going to a way higher level. We want our customers to move in to a fresh, clean and safe space to call home.
