Earlier this month, MasterCraft Builder Group hosted its inaugural Family Fun Day at Tringali Barn at Heritage Farm to celebrate 10 years as a company and to also thank our hardworking, loyal and dedicated team. Everyone brought their family out for an afternoon of corn hole, fishing, kayaking, an inflatable slide and bounce house, tasty barbecue, some ice cold beers and a few words from our founder, Chris Shee, who recognized Victoria Hartwell, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, for 5 years with MasterCraft as well as Kenny Braddock, Warranty Manager, for 10 years.
“We wanted to host a day where we could relax together and celebrate all of our blessings and friendship and thank our team for their continued hard work, especially during this chaotic year,” Shee explained. “Building a business is more rewarding when it’s achieved with family, friends and friends that you consider family.”
To help commemorate the day, we handed out MCBG logo’d leather duffels and 10-Year Anniversary t-shirts to our team members. In just over a decade, MasterCraft Builder Group has won 38 industry awards and built 525 homes. With our Higher Standards, standard features that most other builders consider ‘upgrades,’ and commitment to the 4Cs (Craftmanship, Choice, Customer Service, and Community), it’s easy to see why we continue to grow the industry and create local jobs right here in St. Johns County.
