The 1,520-acre master-planned new home community of Shearwater will be opening in St. Johns in the Fall of 2015. We are proud to be the the only local new home builder in the community.

There are four neighborhoods within the first phase at Shearwater – The Springs, North Creek, Woodlands and The Trails. With many pedestrian connections throughout the community, homes typically are no more than nine to 10 houses away from a connection to open space or nature area. More than 10 miles of paved, natural and boardwalk trails will connect residents to green space or water access.
Eluding a timeless style with an accent on simple elegance, the styles of homes will range from Craftsman, Coastal Traditional and Florida bungalow to Spanish Craftsman and Florida farmhouse.
