MasterCraft Builder Group is proud to announce that our own Seth Kelley has officially taken the helm as president of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, bringing with him years of industry experience, leadership, and a clear vision for the future. A Legacy of Leadership
Seth is Vice President of Purchasing at MasterCraft and has been deeply involved in NEFBA and the St. Johns Builders Council (SJBC) since 2018. His dedication to supporting the homebuilding industry has extended beyond NEFBA, including past service on the board of the Greater Orlando Builders Association. His leadership experience and commitment to the industry make him the ideal choice to guide NEFBA into a promising future.
Seth’s top priority for 2025 is ensuring that NEFBA members stay engaged. The association’s year is full of opportunities to connect and grow with over 230 meetings, events, and social gatherings annually, as well as the establishment of new headquarters and the launch of its Workforce Education Institute.
“In a year packed with initiatives, keeping our members informed and engaged is critical,” Seth said. “We want to ensure that everyone inside and outside our association understands the value of what we do.”
A Community That Cares
MasterCraft Builder Group and the NEFBA share a commitment that extends beyond homebuilding to supporting local communities. One of the most exciting projects this year is the Villages of Hope initiative. NEFBA members have raised nearly $600,000 to help build a tiny home community for women escaping trafficking, abuse, and addiction. Construction is set to begin in the coming months, marking a significant milestone in NEFBA’s charitable efforts.
Other community-driven programs include NEFBA’s Charitable Foundation, which funds housing initiatives for local nonprofits; and Builders Care, which provides critical home repairs for those in need. Additionally, NEFBA’s Apprenticeship Program continues to train future professionals in high-demand trades such as carpentry and plumbing, ensuring a skilled workforce for years to come
