We are thrilled to announce that MasterCraft has taken home both Gold and Silver awards for the four model homes we entered in this year’s annual Parade of Homes.
This event is a wonderful way for MasterCraft to continue showcasing our ever-changing (and improved!) floorplans, community expansion, and expert craftsmanship. We couldn’t be more honored to be recognized yet again and share our work with the community of Northeast Florida.
This was MasterCraft’s 8th year participating in Parade of Homes, with each beautiful MasterCraft model representing our current community offerings. As our company continues to grow, our commitment to Higher Standards have remained the same. We are dedicated to building homes with only high-quality tools and expert craftsmanship for families residing in St. Johns County to enjoy the best we have to offer without sacrificing quality or design.
About Parade of Homes
Operated by the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), the annual Parade of Homes event showcases new construction models and spec homes for sale. Parade of Homes provides home buyers the opportunity to explore a variety of homes built by local and national builders throughout Northeast Florida as they explore the perfect fit for their families.
This year’s Parade of Homes took place between April 24th and May 9th and included over 80 model homes throughout Northeast Florida. We are excited to announce that this year, MasterCraft received First Place Gold for our Moultrie model located in Madeira and our Harper model located in HighPointe at RiverTown as well as Silver for our Thomas Plus model located in TrailMark and our Loralie model located in SilverLeaf Village.

The Winners:
Thomas Plus: Residing in the master-planned community of TrailMark, this 3,702-square-foot home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 3-car garage perfect for families in need of additional space. Thomas Plus is offered in three elevations including, Coastal, Bungalow and Farmhouse with options to upgrade select features such as an extended lanai, pocket sliding glass doors and extended garage.
