With the construction progress of the new amenity and welcoming more families home, September was a HOT month for Villages of Valencia.
Both MasterCraft Builder Group and the residents of Villages of Valencia are extremely excited about the construction progress of the new pool and clubhouse in Villages of Valencia—scheduled for completion in early 2015. The clubhouse features coastal craftsman architecture with over 1100 square feet of covered open-air space for residents to have birthday parties, get togethers or just relax in the shade by the beautiful pool.

Sales in Villages of Valencia have been crushing expectations. “We developed 33 homesites in the beginning of 2014 and had 21 of those under construction 2 months after finishing the development work. We had to push the schedule of the next phase up and just completed the 50 homesites to finish up Phase 2.” Homes in this next phase were recently released for sale—most of which back up to a preserve, lake, or a combination of both.
