Ken Cook

In March 2021, Ken joined MasterCraft Builder Group as a Senior Builder.  He was previously a Senior Builder with a national home builder known for custom single-family homes, townhomes and courtyard homes.  Ken strives to build the highest quality homes that he would be proud to live in with his family.

Ken has over 25-years of construction experience in St. Johns, Duval and Clay counties, including owning and operating a vinyl siding and soffit company for 18-years.  As a small business owner, he learned to build strong relationships with homeowners, builders and other subcontractors through open and honest communication.  Ken was also a licensed home inspector, focusing on identifying structural and safety concerns.

Ken enjoys golfing and fishing and lives in St. Johns, Florida with his wife Cathy of 30 years.  They have one son, Alex.
