Todd A. Zehner

Todd joined MasterCraft Builder Group and Heritage Development Corporation in July 2019 as the Chief Administrative Officer.

Todd has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Florida. While obtaining his Masters degree Todd gained valuable development experience as a civil engineering consultant working on various types of projects in Northeast Florida. After receiving his Masters degree Todd spent the following 10 years in Palm Coast, Florida as a senior executive for two national resort residential developers and their operating entities. Following his time in Palm Coast, Todd spent the last 7 years in leadership roles at his Alma Mater here in Jacksonville.

As a result of his extensive experience in real estate, development, and organizational leadership, Todd will play a key leadership role in multiple areas of both organizations.
Todd and his wife Katy have a daughter Carson and a son Cade.
