In a recent report by MetroStudy, Villages of Valencia in St. Augustine came in as the 18th fastest selling community in Northeast Florida.
The St. Johns County community has homesites starting in the mid $100s ready to customize. Out of 54 annual starts, the community boasts 42 annual closings. With 50 phase 2c homesites available for sale and the amenities center with community pool under construction, Villages of Valencia is experiencing great growth.
