Mastercraft Builder Group Express Limited Warranty
2-Year Workmanship Warranty
- Begins on the date of closing
- Term is two years
- Covers items such as HVAC, plumbing, countertops, flooring, and hardware
- During the warranty term, all repairs must be done by the original contractor
- Submit a Warranty Form in order to schedule repairs
10-Year Structural Warranty
- Begins on the date of closing
- Term is ten years
- Covers items such as the foundation and limited structural items
- During the warranty term, all repairs must be done by the original contractor
- Submit a Warranty Form in order to schedule repairs
