Thankfully, here at MasterCraft, each of our homes comes fully-equipped with natural gas cooktops/ranges, as well as a gas drop on the lanai for outdoor grilling so you can rest easy.

Now that you’re a Floridian, it’s time we let you in on a bit of secret. Florida gets hot! Don’t worry though, MasterCraft built all of our homes to withstand the Florida heat. Our A/C units come fully-equipped to run at different speeds, helping reduce the moisture in the air to make your home more comfortable at a higher temperature – saving energy and money. In addition, we don’t house our A/C units in garages or attics, only interior, helping to extend the life of your equipment so you can rest easy, even when the heat index jumps over 100.

It’s no secret that Florida living comes with its out-of-the-ordinary circumstances. From lightning storms to hurricanes, or just your average afternoon torrential downpour, we know things down South can get a little crazy. That’s why here at MasterCraft, we build your home to last a lifetime. Our synthetic roof underlayment and long-lasting James Hardie siding offer better protection for avoiding water intrusion and increased longevity, so you can rest easy knowing MasterCraft built your home to last.
Cannonball!
If you didn’t move to Florida with the hopes of enjoying a backyard pool, then you’re missing out. Pool parties go hand-in-hand with Florida living, and here at MasterCraft, we believe you should be doing cannonballs on move-in day. When you build with MasterCraft, you’ll have the option to add a pool to the construction plans, so you can be holding splash contests at the same time that you’re moving in your furniture.

That’s why we include the option to extend your living space out to the covered lanai, not only giving you and your family more space, but also providing plenty of opportunities to bask in the Florida sunshine. Each of our homes comes with an option to add a sliding glass door so you can open up your living room and include the lanai, as well as additional outdoor features such as fire pits and an outdoor kitchen.
