It is another big year for MasterCraft Builder Group, and now everyone in North Florida knows why. It’s always great to be honored by your peers and homebuyers themselves. Taking home four first-place awards at the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) validates MasterCraft’s mission of delivering the kind of quality and innovation people want.
What Is the NEFBA and the Parade of Homes?
The Northeast Florida Builders Association, serving a widely scattered population primarily in Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau counties, is the largest builders association in Florida and the fifth largest in the nation. Members include builders like MasterCraft, as well as many crafts allied to the building industry. Consumers hire NEFBA members because of their dedication to quality.

Every spring for more than 60 years, NEFBA has celebrated innovation and quality in new home construction by hosting the venerable Parade of Homes. Parade of Homes 2018 ran from April 14th through the 29th. This year’s entries included 91 homes across 65 neighborhoods with an assortment of home styles and prices (from the low $300s to $1 million plus). The event was open to the general public who were able to tour the designer-decorated homes across the four Northeast Florida counties. They were also able to view new home exteriors, get information about the various builders and vote for their favorite builders and designs through a mobile app.
And the Winner Is…MasterCraft and Our New Home Buyers!
This year there were 12 homes in Nassau County, 20 homes in Duval County, 56 homes in St. Johns County and three homes in Clay County. Here are MasterCraft’s award winners:
