MasterCraft Builder Group reached a huge milestone with the closing of our 500th home. This closing came on the same day as our actual 10th anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a better celebration of our company’s accomplishments over the years.
While many national home builders may build up to 500 homes within a single year, we focus on quality over quantity. Our progress is a testament to our company’s mission to continue providing our homebuyers with only the best when it comes to our Four C’s; Choice, Craftsmanship, Customer Service, and Community. This exciting benchmark is just the beginning of our journey.
Meet the 500th Homebuyer
Located in the up-and-coming master-planned community of SilverLeaf, our 500th home went to a community member, Gary Burns. Gary purchased the Lilly model in the Farmhouse elevation. With two extra bedrooms, this family home is perfect for hosting his grandkids on the weekends and it provides plenty of room for his friendly pups to lounge and play.
When asked why he decided to build with MasterCraft, Gary said, “This home allows me to be close to my family. My daughter and her kids live only five blocks away! I love the neighborhood amenities. I’ve already made great use of the pool and dog parks. My favorite part of the home would have to be the level of comfort it provides. The kitchen space is large and inviting, and the oversized design of rooms like the pantry, laundry room, and bathrooms are all features that I’ve never gotten to enjoy in previous homes.”
After settling into his new home, Gary is looking forward to spending the summer days at the pool with his grandkids, walking his dogs on the various walking paths, and exploring the community on his new golf cart. “Gary is going to be a great addition to the community,” said MasterCraft President Brad Shee. “This home couldn’t have gone to someone more deserving.”

As we look toward the future, we will continue to grow at a rate that allows us to remain consistent with our vision. “It’s truly humbling that 500 people have allowed us to enter into their lives and make a difference,” said Shee. “At the end of the day, we have provided our buyers with not only a house but a home. And that is everything.”
