About the area
St. Johns is one of the fastest growing areas in Florida. It is home to schools ranking #1 in the sate and 13th in the nation as well as being connected to all of the surrounding bodies of water – bordered to the east by the Atlantic Ocean, the west by the St. Johns River and intersected by the Intracoastal Waterway. It is evident that residents of St. Johns County are using these outdoor amenities to their full advantage as the county was named the healthiest county in the state of Florida for the fourth year in a row. Another big draw for the area was being named one of the safest Florida cities to raise a family.
All of the amenities available in St. Johns County, combined with some of the lowest property tax and sales tax rates in the state, make new homes and real estate in the Northeast Florida more valuable.
