Being somewhat of a newer new home community in St. Johns, we are asked a lot of questions about Oxford Estates. Here, we share some of the frequently asked questions and New Home Sales Consultant Landon Drye’s responses.
Is there a CDD?
No, Oxford Estates is one of the few new home communities in NW St. Johns County that has no CDD fees.
How big are the lots?
All of our homesites are a quarter of an acre – a minimum of 83’ wide and 130’ deep – and have plenty of room to add a pool. Homesites back up to a lake or preserve.
What are the schools?
Oxford Estates is zoned for an A+ school district comprised of Cunningham Creek Elementary School, Switzerland Point Middle School and Bartram Trail High School.
How many homes will be built in Oxford Estates?
Oxford Estates is comprised of two distinct new home communities that will be interconnected by a pedestrian walking path. The first is approximately 130 homes (current site of Oxford Estates). The second will be across Longleaf Pine Parkway and will have roughly 160 homesites.
Can you build a pool?
Most homesites in Oxford Estates can accommodate a pool. MasterCraft Builder Group will build the pool at your new home during construction – major advantage for you because both your home and the pool will be complete prior to closing.
Is there a community pool?
Due to the homesites in Oxford being a quarter of an acre, many homeowners are enjoying having a personal pool in their backyards.
