We thought 2019 was a big awards year for MasterCraft Builder Group. Looks like 2020 is shaping up to be even bigger. Folio Weekly readers of influence voted MasterCraft as the “Best Residential Builder” in St. Augustine. For the second edition of Folio Weekly’s Best of Saint Augustine, more than 8,500 readers cast ballots across 250 business categories.
Ultimately, these awards are a true testament to building well-designed homes, using superior construction methods and materials, and overall, just doing what is right. As the only local semi-custom homebuilder and community developer with deep roots in Northeast Florida, we’re determined to deliver on our promise to build new homes to Higher Standards versus cookie-cutter homes put up by national mass production builders.
Winning Folio’s “Best Builder” sets an even higher bar for our entire company moving forward. We’re in this business to help shape the community we live in – the place we’ve all chosen to settle our families and raise our children.

Coming Soon
Future new homebuyers and Realtor® partners in St. Johns County should be excited about what’s to come in 2020. We broke ground on two sales models in a new master-planned community called SilverLeaf. The model homes should be completed later this spring. We have nine new semi-custom floor plans with three elevations.
