We are proud to announce that the St. Johns County Builders Council elected our Vice President of Purchasing, Seth Kelley, as “Builder of the Year 2019.” The SJBC honored Seth for his contribution to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Northeast Florida. Seth regularly participates in community events and programs, always willing to pitch-in and help, and generously supports our local industry. He sets the right example for other SJBC members and MasterCraft employees to follow.
Seth was also elected as the 2nd Vice-Chair on the SJBC’s 2020 Executive Board. This places Seth on track to lead the SJBC as Chairman in 2022.
What is the SJBC?
The St. Johns Builders Council is under the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) that represents its members in St. Johns County. NEFBA is Florida’s largest builders association and ranked in the Top 5 of the United States. The SJBC is focused on promoting and supporting the real estate development and construction industry within St. Johns County. It does so by encouraging networking amongst its member builders, suppliers, trades and government, as well as community outreach projects and fundraising.

Seth joined the MasterCraft Team in June 2018 as Vice President of Purchasing, bringing with him a diverse set of skills and experiences in the homebuilding industry. He prides himself on finding innovative solutions to challenges and in providing MasterCraft customers with more value for the investment they make in their new semi-custom home.
MasterCraft Receives “Best Home Builder” Honor
In addition to Seth’s distinguished honor, MasterCraft Builder Group was named “Best Home Builder” in St. Augustine and won three coveted awards at the 2019 St. Johns County Parade of Homes.
Over the course of 2019, MasterCraft, participated in all major SJBC events, as well as supported the association through sponsorships. This is another example how MasterCraft continues to reinvest its time and resources to improve St. Johns County communities.
