Dear Neill,
Mike and I wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation to everyone at MasterCraft who helped make our homeownership dream come true. We came into this process completely clueless about no only the first-time home buyer process, but the new construction process as well.
From day one, with the very first contact with Brandon at the VOV model, to the last contact with you at the closing table,we always felt that we were being well taken care of, and making a truly smart purchase with a quality company.
Brandon fielded our “million” questions timely, considerately, and accurately every single time. He was there with any information we needed day and often times night, even responding on his days off. That is a level of customer service that I can honestly say I don’t remember having ever experienced. He was always friendly, always positive and reassuring, down to the very last detail. He is invaluable to the process and we owe our sanity to our many conversations with him. HUGE thanks to Brandon!!
It really meant a lot for Chris to come down and personally meet with us at our contract signing. That’s something we never expected, but spoke volumes of there personal service MasterCraft obviously believes in. He along with Brandon helped ease our first-time buyer’s concerns, which allowed us to focus on the fun and exciting aspect of this entire journey. Chris, we can’t thank you enough for adding such a personal touch to the experience.
While we only met with Craig a couple of times, we had the same warm and inviting experience with him on both occasions. The expression of trust and accountability your employees convey in every interaction is truly top notch. Mike and Craig had informal interactions a year before we considered buying with you when Mike would go on his daily runs through the neighborhood when we lived close by.
Even as someone who had no professional relationship with us at that time, the friendliness and humor they exchanged on those instances just added to the level of trust we had in your company, feeling that if you worked with a great guy like him, you all must be pretty great! Thanks again to Craig for all he’s done!!
Gavin and Scott were just as amazing. Like Brandon, they without hesitation covered all of our questions and concerns like true professionals, but adding that feeling of familiarity you get from a friend that kept true with all of our meetings with MasterCraft staff. These guys are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and we now we can count on anything they say they will take care of. Now that we’re all moved in, we can attest from just looking out our new home windows daily that these guys are two of the most dedicated and hardworking men we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Great job to you both, Gavin & Scott!! We know that we wouldn’t be here without you and sincerely appreciate your many hours of work on our gorgeous home!!
And last (but certainly not least) is you, Neill! Beginning with the email contacts we had with you prior to closing, right up until our meeting you face to face at the title company, you never strayed from what our already sterling opinion of your company has been from the start. As I’m sure you can imagine, closing was a “high blood pressure” day for both Mike and me. But your kindness, assurance, and expertise really polished off the final piece that was our full experience with MasterCraft. Our gratefulness to you for that, on such a crazy emotional day just cannot be measured. We appreciate you very much!!
I cannot leave our Kim at Paradise Title, Tammy at the design center, and Sarah & Glenn at BB&T. I know they aren’t MasterCraft staff per se, but both did such an outstanding job of making us feel welcome, valued, and appreciated. We had to pass on kudos to them, as well.
Great examples of MasterCraft choosing to partner with truly qualified professional individuals. These ladies are wonderful!
My apologies this letter is so long, but we just cannot say enough great things about this experience. We are ecstatic with our beautiful new home, and are so proud to show it off to everyone we know. And believe me, we share all of these thoughts about your company with anyone who will listen!
