What is Parade of Homes?
Operated by the North East Florida Builder’s Association, Parade of Homes is an annual event that showcases new construction models and spec homes for sale. The event is an opportunity for prospective buyers to explore homes built by local and national builders and for people to feed their curiosity about home building. Revelers have the chance to walk through models and decide what it is they are looking for in a future home.
This year’s Parade of Homes took place between August 29th and September 13th and included over 75 model homes throughout Northeast Florida. This year, MasterCraft received First Place Gold for our Thomas Plus model in TrailMark, as well as Silver for our Grayson model located in SilverLeaf Village.
The Models:
Thomas Plus: At 3,702 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage, the Thomas Plus floorplan is perfect for families looking for additional space. This floorplan is also offered in three elevations including, Coastal, Bungalow, and Farmhouse. Thomas Plus includes upgrade options for homeowners to choose from such as an extended lanai, foyer, or an extended garage.
Grayson: Ranging between 3,185 and 3,444 square feet, the Grayson floorplan offers residents spacious living. With a choice of four-five bedrooms, three-four bathrooms, and a 3-car garage, you’ll have plenty of room for your family in this home model. The Grayson comes equipped with options to choose from including a super extended lanai, enclosed office, balcony, and beverage bar. This floorplan is also offered in three elevations including Costal, Craftsman, and Farmhouse.

The TrailMark community is conveniently located between Jacksonville and historic St. Augustine, offering residents the best of both worlds. TrailMark also gives residents a chance to enjoy the nature of their community with outdoor amenities including a kayak launch and winding waterways as well as walking and cycling trails. MasterCraft Builder Group offers the largest homesites in TrailMark with lots that are approximately 80’ in width. Our TrailMark model home is located at 41 Dolcetto Drive, St. Augustine, FL 32092. Model home hours are Monday-Saturday from 10am-6pm and Sunday from 11am-5pm.
