The first full summer season the pool is open in the St. Augustine new home community of Villages of Valencia is in 2016, and with the warm weather on the way, we know homeowners are excited to have the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun!
The highly anticipated pool and cabana in Villages of Valencia celebrated its grand opening late in the Summer of 2015.
A beautiful brick paver deck and lounge chairs surround the crystal clear pool which has something for everyone. Ranging in depth from three feet to five feet, the pool provides a nice place to relax with a large shallow area for the kids, as well as a roped-off lane if you enjoy swimming laps. Two staircase entrances make entering and exiting the pool easy and safe…unless you’re one to yell “cannonball!” and make your presence know with a splash!
The cabana offers a much needed reprieve from the hot Florida sun. It houses tables and chairs, and a buffet area for small group activities or weekend parties and barbecues. The mature sabal palm trees and grasses create a beautiful setting around the pool and cabana. It’s like a little private oasis in the heart of St. Augustine.
The pool and cabana are gated and secure with each homeowner in Villages of Valencia receiving a gate key card to enter for added security.
Near the pool and cabana is an awesome playground with a sand volleyball court, a jungle gym, and swing set. The playground has its own cabana with a grill as well. So once your family is all done playing volleyball or hanging around on the jungle gym, fire up the grill and relax with some some good eats!
The pool at Villages of Valencia is open from dawn to dusk seven days a week all year long – one of the perks of buying a new home in St. Augustine, FL and living in the sunshine state!
