Every spring many residents in Northeast Florida begin a search for their new home at the annual Parade of Homes presented by Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA.)
The Parade of Homes showcases beautiful new homes to potential buyers, and this year we had a home in the mix — a model in the Villages of Valencia community in beautiful St. Augustine. And we couldn’t be more proud of it.

We weren’t the only ones that fell in love with this home. The Awards banquet was held at Marsh Landing Golf and Country Club and our model home was awarded first place! Most of our team was there to celebrate. Big thanks to everyone on the team for their hard work in making this happen.
