With the first phase of development in Oxford Estates complete, the Jacksonville Business Journal took notice.
The first phase of a $100 million, 250-plus gated home community in the heart of northwest St. Johns County was recently completed.
The initial phase of Oxford Estates includes 130 single-family lots. About a dozen homes have been built, including five spec homes that are up for sale, said Chris Shee, partner at MasterCraft Builder Group, which is building the homes.
