What made you decide to choose real estate and new home sales as a profession?
The industry is growing and it’s an exciting field to work in.
What’s your favorite memory from working at MasterCraft Builder Group?
I had a lot of fun at the Parade of Homes banquet. It was a nice event and it was even nicer that we won!!
What would you say is the most important thing about selling new homes?
Being patient and organized is very important but you have to be confident in the finished product. If you believe in what you are selling it makes everything easier.
What do you enjoy in your free time?
Surfing, playing golf and spending time with my family.
If you weren’t in new home sales what other profession would you be doing?
I enjoy working with people so anything where I have a chance to do that.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in new home sales?
One of the most important and beneficial things to do as a Realtor is to get to know the in’s and out’s of the construction (process and materials) of the home.
