Phase 2c has begun in Villages of Valencia – a new home community in St. Augustine.
Phase 2c adds 50 homesites to the quaint community nestled on a beautiful sand ridge, some of which back to . The floor plans for the community include the Anastasia 2, Flagler, Matanzas 3, Matanzas 4, Ponce 3, Ponce 4 and San Marco. These homes range from 1267-2195 sq. ft. and pricing starts in the mid $100s.
A beautiful amenities center is currently under construction and a large pool with cabana is in the plans to debut around November.Other amenities include a spacious picnic pavilion with BBQ grills, huge playground area for the kids, a sand volleyball court and a large multi-purpose field.
