The Kayak Club, opening early next summer, will feature a variety of gathering spaces and event venues within its 6,800 square feet. It will host an on-site Activities Director in charge of planning frequent social activities and special events for the whole community. The Activities Director can also recommend activities that best align with your family’s needs and interests. The 7,200 square foot Fitness Lodge will feature a large workout area with state-of-the-art equipment. Shearwater residents will have the opportunity to work with a personal trainer or take group fitness classes.
