Homesite sizes are scaled to accommodate the size of the MasterCraft home you choose. We are offering the largest homesites in TrailMark to accommodate floor plans that range in size from 2,455 – 3,996 square feet, with options to expand further.
Home Designs for the Way You Live
There are now 10 unique floor plans available at TrailMark with both one and two-story floor plans available. Depending on the design you choose, our homes in TrailMark range from three bedrooms and 2.5 baths to five bedrooms and four baths. All come with three car garages. One of the most awarded floor plans in TrailMark is our Thomas Plus, which received First Place Gold in the 2020 and 2021 Parade of Homes new home construction competition for Northeast Florida.
Because we are a semi-custom homebuilder, we offer floor plans with flex options. We give home buyers the flexibility to make design and structural changes to select floor plans to suit their lifestyle, not our logistics. We’re not bound by off-the-shelf blueprints in TrailMark.
