As a new home builder, we love getting notes like this from our new homeowners. The Zalkan’s recently moved into their new home in the St. Johns community Oxford Estates.
To the entire MasterCraft organization:
Kim and I just wanted to tell you that our experience with MasterCraft over the past 10 months has been incredible. Last October, we met Brad as we wandered lot to lot in Oxford Estates.
We visited the model just about every weekend for three months. We wanted to find a way to make our dream work, and question after question, Brad found answers to help us continue on our journey and finally commit to a new home.
Then Craig entered the picture one day as we were walking through some inventory homes. He took the time to get to know us and learn what was important to us even before the first truck of dirt was poured onto the lot. We could tell from the beginning he wanted to make this the best home building experience possible.
Throughout the entire construction process, Craig and Brad far exceeded any expectations we could have had. The communication was constant, and the pro-activeness in addressing issues was something we don’t believe any other new home builder could provide. They both had a way of seeing things and fixing them before we ever even knew about them.
As we approached our close date, some unexpected twists and turns really could have turned this process sour. But once again, there was Craig and Brad working on our behalf to get things straight.
We moved in August 3, and we couldn’t be happier. We want to show our appreciation to Craig and Brad, and we certainly hope this note goes a long way in making sure that MasterCraft knows what excellent employees they have.
Thank you everyone.

Partner Neill Singleton has this to say about receiving the Zalkan’s letter:
We are thankful for such kind words. The Zalkan’s experience validates our mission at MasterCraft.
As for specifically mentioning Brad and Craig – they are an integral part of our company and we are lucky to have them.
