MasterCraft Builder Group is excited to announce that Phase II new homes are now available at Madeira, one of Northeast Florida’s most desirable neighborhoods for families, snowbirds, retirees, and professional couples. We recently opened two brand new model homes at Madeira and are opening our doors for one-on-one tours with our knowledgeable New Home Consultant team.
About Madeira
Located on the outskirts of historic St. Augustine, Madeira is in one of Northeast Florida’s most desirable locations for those looking for a new home. Nestled along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, Madeira encompasses more than 1,000 acres, 600 of which include untouched wetlands, a tidal creek, lakes, and preserved natural areas lined with ancient live oaks and beautiful foliage. Madeira’s lush environment means that your new home will have serene views reminiscent of Old Florida. The Madeira community also includes amenities for residents to enjoy, including a clubhouse, fitness center, community pool, and covered pavilion, with future expansions planned.
MasterCraft Builder Group is offering five floorplans in Madeira, which range from 1,605 square feet to 2,935 square feet, including Marshall, Tocoi, Stokes, Durbin, and Moultrie in Coastal, Craftsman, and Farmhouse elevation. Whether you’re looking to build a home or are just curious if homebuilding is right for you, stop by one of our Madeira models today to learn more!
Moultrie Floorplan
Upon entry, it is evident that this home was built with functionality in mind. The Moultrie floorplan provides comfort, spaciousness, and beautiful design throughout. As you step inside, you will immediately find two bedrooms located to your right, connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom.
While to your left, you’re greeted with a pocket office nestled between the hallway and the spacious laundry room decorated with eccentric tile floors, adding personality to every corner. As you continue down the hallway further, you’ll find an office nook and powder bathroom to the left, providing plenty of space and privacy for those who find themselves working from home.
Once you reach the end of the hallway, you are greeted with an open layout as the kitchen, dining room, and living room flow freely into one another. Across from the island sits a stand-a-lone coffee bar with ample storage space and open shelving to display personal mementos.
The magnificent marbled granite makes a statement against the bright white cabinetry and dark appliances. At the same time, the dining room table sits across from the black-painted statement wall adding an excellent contrast to the room. The dining room and living room provide a stunning view of the backyard, equipped with an enclosed seating area, built-in fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and putting green.
Comfort and design greet you as you enter the master bedroom. From the moment you step foot on the plush carpeted floors and take in the room’s soft color palette, you’re ready to relax and unwind. The master bathroom provides an oversized walk-in closet, a private toilet room, his and hers vanities, and a walk-in shower decorated with soft-grey, floor-to-ceiling tile and a built-in shower bench for functionality.
The largest of Madeira’s floorplans, the Moultrie ranges from 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-4 bathrooms, and between 2,343 and 2,935 square feet. This home was designed for those in need of space and flexibility, with Craftsman, Farmhouse, and Coastal elevations also available.
Tocoi Floorplan
As you step inside MasterCraft Builder Group’s Tocoi model, you’re greeted with a pale gray tile flooring that flows throughout the entire home, blending beautifully with the light grey walls and bright white trim. Off to your left is the first bedroom, with a statement wall painted a seafoam green on the backside and a bathroom equipped with white cabinetry and a grey-blue scalloped tile throughout the shower.
As you continue down the hallway, you’ll find a miniature cocktail bar with dark cabinetry juxtaposed against white countertops located to the right, off of the garage entry.
Making your way through the home, you are brought to an open kitchen with stunning blue features, including navy-colored cabinetry on the island and a penny-style backsplash in illuminating shades of blue. The kitchen flows freely into the dining room and living room, with a shiplap statement wall to your right and a view of the outdoor seating area through the six-foot windows along the back wall.
Stationed across from the dining room table is a separate hallway that leads you to an office and full bathroom. Dependent on a family’s needs, the office could serve as a third bedroom with ease. Off of the office is the mudroom, decorated with blue and white geometric-styled tiling.
Located in the back corner of the home is the master bedroom, offering plenty of privacy. The neutral tones flow into the master bath, where you’ll find soft grey and cream-colored tile, along with a pale grey floor-to-ceiling tile encompassing the walk-in shower. His and her vanities are made up of navy-blue cabinetry, white countertops, and gold mirrors for a classic touch.
The Tocoi floorplan offers between 3-4 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, and ranges between 1,799 and 2,193 square feet. This floorplan was designed with comfort and functionality in mind, with Craftsman, Farmhouse, and Coastal elevations also available.
