This year, MasterCraft Builder Group will participate in the upcoming Parade of Homes presented by the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA). MasterCraft has participated in Parade of Homes and the St. Johns County Parade of Homes for multiple years and has taken home awards for their expert craftsmanship each and every time. In 2020, MasterCraft took home the Gold for our Thomas Plus Model at TrailMark and Silver for our Grayson Model at SilverLeaf.
“This will be MasterCraft’s 8th year participating in Parade of Homes,” said MasterCraft’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Victoria Hartwell. “This year, MasterCraft has entered four beautiful model homes in the Parade for every community that we are actively selling in including, Madeira, TrailMark, SilverLeaf, and RiverTown. This will allow buyers to have a detailed overview of all the homes that we have to offer.”
About Parade of Homes
Operated by the Northeast Florida Builders Association, Parade of Homes is an annual event that is open to the public and showcases new construction models and spec homes for sale. Parade of Homes is an opportunity for prospective buyers to explore homes built by local and national builders as they walk through each model and decide what they are looking for in a future home.
Parade of Homes allows prospective home buyers to take in a variety of homes from various counties as they explore the community, budget, and features that each home has to offer.
This year’s event will run between April 24th and May 9th and is open daily from noon to 6pm with 84 new construction homes on display and four of them presented by MasterCraft Builder Group. Buyers will get to experience all that new construction homes have to offer throughout Nassau, Duval, Clay, and St. Johns Counties as they search for their forever home.
The Model Home Entries
The Thomas Plus at TrailMark: At 3,702 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage, the Thomas Plus floorplan is perfect for families looking for additional space. This floorplan is also offered in three elevations including, Coastal, Bungalow, and Farmhouse. The Thomas Plus also has options for homeowners to choose from, such as an extended lanai, pocket sliding glass doors, and an extended garage.
The Loralie at SilverLeaf: This one-story floorplan showcases MasterCraft’s Higher Standards and the quality of construction that we are known for – just in a smaller home. Offering 1,752 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage, the Loralie is perfect for those looking for a single-family home. This floorplan is available in two elevations, Coastal and Craftsman and includes quality features such as flex room and a covered lanai.
The Moultrie at Madeira: With 2,343 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage, the Moultrie floorplan offers a comfortable lifestyle in the newest phase of the Madeira community. Model home hours are Monday-Wednesday 10am-6pm, Saturday from 10am-6pm, and Sunday from 11am-5pm. Model home currently closed on Thursdays and Fridays.
