Winner winner chicken dinner!
Ok, ok, so some of us had the steak.
But let’s start from the beginning.
About a month ago, each of the homes entered in the St. Johns Builders Council Parade of Homes contest were judged – each feature and design aesthetic were thoroughly examined by the panel of three judges. Our model home in the St. Augustine new home community of Villages of Valencia was stop number three on the judging tour.
Fast forward to last Thursday at the awards banquet, after all the homes had been judged and all scores were tallied, where 15 — yes 15! — of our team attended the banquet to hear the results. And we definitely were not disappointed!
The Ponce III model home at Villages of Valencia came away with GOLD!
We couldn’t be more happy with the work the team has put into the community and are proud to share this award! Not to mention the model also won first place in the NEFBA Parade of Homes back in June!
