MasterCraft was lucky enough to work with two of our recent homebuyers, Yuki Brennan and Kelman and Melissa Debski. They both recently purchased homes in SilverLeaf, a new master-planned community in St. Johns County.
Having relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, from California, the Brennan’s knew exactly what they were searching for in their next home. Their must-haves included a safe community near top-rated schools with water or natural preserve views. “Location within St. Johns County was also a big factor!” Yuki told us.
While the Debski’s re-location was a bit of a shorter one, having initially been in the Bartram Park area, this family was ready for their next home, searching specifically for “a new community, with long-term growth potential.”

This is a prestige certification that only a few builders have, and this certification was what made us sign with MasterCraft.”

While the Debskis described, “SilverLeaf is supposed to mimic Nocatee as one of the largest master-planned communities in Northeast Florida. When we found out about SilverLeaf and its long-term growth strategy, we began exploring our options, and from there, we knew immediately this was where we wanted to move. Melissa described why her family decided to go with the Jack Model, stating, “The open floorplan and the three bedrooms with the additional flex room were ideal. We needed to turn the flex room into an office, so it was as easy as adding French doors. With the other models, we would have had to convert the room into an office. Also, we are not fans of Jack and Jill bathrooms, so adjusting the floorplan to what we wanted would have cost us more than we wanted to spend. Finally, the Jack floorplan was affordable enough for us to upgrade the house the way we wanted to and still stay reasonably within our budget. We can get a lot of house for the price point we wanted to stay at.”
